Summer Enrichment at Commonwealth

Virtual Classes

July 20 to August 14, 2020

Does your idea of summer fun include puzzling through probability theory or going to the edge of the world with Gilgamesh?

Commonwealth’s Summer Enrichment program offers students the opportunity to explore their academic interests, meet new friends, and preview the Commonwealth experience through two unique online classes.

  • Who: The program is open to incoming Commonwealth students; depending on space, we will also consider rising ninth-grade students who will not attend Commonwealth and rising eighth-grade students.
  • What: Joining a small cohort of their curious peers, students can take up to two non-credit-bearing courses in world history and/or math.
  • When: Each course will last four weeks, from July 20 to August 14, meeting three times each week. Classes will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. (See schedule below.)
  • Where: Classes will be held in Virtual Commonwealth, our robust online learning platform.

You can find the program details, including cost, financial aid, schedule, and course descriptions, below.
